Pugs,

You cannot separate the the two. The SEC also told GRNO's management that they were investigating the run-up in that stock's price in spring,97. Two months later... Wham!! trading halt.

Ask your Psychic Detective buddy this. Is the SEC stating that they were "investigating the recent run-up" in a shell company, mere "double-speak" for having "probable cause" to obtain corporate records, both from TVSI and Mmkrs, as well high visibility parties on the internet??

And once they have these records, don't you imagine they will start turning over the rocks looking for anything that might indicate fault on the companies part?

Also, do you think the SEC would have even bothered to notice TVSI if the two of you hadn't been involved?? I strongly doubt it.

Walk gently Pugs/Riley... I suggest that both of you are damaged goods with a following that most would prefer not to have (ie: regulators)

Regards,

Ron

Pugs, there you go again with your liking towards revisionism. This has been gone over several times before, and I have corrected you each time on your bs. It was Riley who in the following post advised us that there was in fact, a SEC investigation of TVSI, not me.

exchange2000.com

"You tell me about the SEC investigation, but I do know that there is one going on at the moment and I am not to overly concerned about it in the least.

Well it looks like the SEC has a private investigation being conducted on TVSI. I received a Duces Tecum subpoena from the Denver Office of the SEC via FedEx."

In Riley's post, he states the investigation is being conducted on TVSI. No mention of trading.

You have been corrected on this before, so you know it is a flat out lie on your part! Same goes for comments regarding size short positions and who has them, and where one was placed. There is a difference. You will never change. Hype the stocks which issue lies and hope to make money on them... bad plan, disgusting morals.
