Lee ... this stock is my primarly accumulation long term portfolio stock because: 1. The MEGA industry DF-144 is addressing 2. The Unfair Advantage DF-144 (hmmm the average of 120 - 168) 3. The names that have or going to test it DF-144. 4. The potential of this stock has based on those tests. 5. The stock structure including the warrants, yes the warrants because the warrants are a way to get capital into the company with them not having to sell shares. 6. Fully Reporting 7. Arcon has not actually start operations yet though target is September - October. 8. The expanded possiblities: DF-144, making their own fuel, JV with mega corporation, possible buyout. 9. Management's trying to assist shareholders and at the same time benefit the company. (win - win though sloppy ...) 10. I am convinced this is all for real and will take a small portion of the market. There is no way to know everything and have to go with your instincts. GB
