this company is essentially a shell with some non operating assets and some giant over head. Libra isn't worth the paper the report is printed on. I don't know where they will get financing from, and if they do i can only imagine the terms! placing 20m at .10. This co has bet everything 2x on the agenda of the kaz government. You would think they would learn after the first time. i smell a big issue and a major cut back. I hope the company gives themselves a big raise for a job well done.

Klaas,

Maybe I'm missing something, but why would the Kazaks not settle? It would seem to me to be in their best interest to, because if they don't... who, in their right mind, would even consider doing business there knowing what the Kazaks had done to WWM??

Any insight?

:o{ )
