Good Morning or Afternoon, depending on your coast. Anyone expecting this stock to do anything soon? Seems that this thread is very quiet right now. Is everybody o.k.?

I need a rally, too. Any news to push one?

When is the next Earnings announcement, July 15th?

Does anybody else find Bob Pisani's voice winie? Advance/Decline is nearing equal. Would like to see a positive number today as a sign of a market turn around. Pisani is making comments about having achieved levels of a correction already. Maybe we can begin to get morale support for a positive market from the media soon.

Quiet Is Not An Altogether Bad Thing....

SEEK trading in a fairly narrow range these days,
reminding me of that long slumber before its April explosion.
But, I'm not predicting an explosion, mind you.
This is the NEWS TROUGH that I talked about a little
too soon. There ARE deals and developments in the
pipeline. But, I think, at last, a lot of the day-trading
crowd and momentum players have finally run away. Some
happy. Some feeling burned.

And so it sits. XCIT's been getting the lion's share
of deals and press lately. Plus, you can expect a run
of more buzz-building as they near their own SPO.

And as for me? Been reading and researching. SEEK's
already employing aspects of its version of distributed
search in its UltraSeek server product as well as its
main engine. They've laid out a pretty clear technology
roadmap... that points to more search innovation. I like
that.

And, though this information is easily available,
I thought I'd post some of SEEK's UltraSeek server
product customers. A VERY impressive list.
I found these by clicking on a banner
at www.internetnews.com... which means that SEEK is using
banners to advertise its server product. Good. (The jump page
was VERY well-designed and full of information.)
