FAMH (our old buddy stock) began November with 20 MM shares, while authorized for 100 MM. Between then and now, they have printed another 50 MM shares, without ever announcing how many they were issuing, or when. They just sort of slip the number into conversation weeks after the shares are issued.

Of course, in November, they said they had "no intention" of issuing more shares. Right.

Little Engine, you forgot to mention that in the midst of this, FAMH issued a press release stating that the Board of Directors had authorized a buy-back of up to 4 million shares to reduce the public float. (Text of press release: #reply-3545146)

So they were buying back shares while they were issuing even more shares. Hmmmm. You don't think this buy-back announcement was just a public relations ploy, do you?
