You're right, INTC did violate DEC's patents. And they've paid for it. Look at the chart. Don't see anybody buying them. But I wouldn't short now because they are not overvalued and that news is long absorbed.

BTW, are you implying that it's fine to steal intellectual property if you can get away with it?

And I didn't say I would short TLAB, I just mentioned it might be a good play now. Plenty of high expectations built into the price.
