FOLKS, I CAN CONFIRM THAT. Remember what I told you, the SEC is on OUR side! The side of the little independent but tough as nails investor! The MM's have been busted before and WILL be busted AGAIN! In this business it is TWO STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT! And in case you are not aware, there is currently a billion dollar class action lawsuit working its way up the courts from investors against the NASDAQ and its MMs for illegal spreads and other tactics. None of this will matter to DGIV, since these guys can not stand against revenues and contracts, but it will still be nice to see them busted or even behind bars.
