TEKC - Another NSCP?

TEKC has just gotten THE Internet 2 contract, which will give them the inside position on development of the next generation Internet. All of the things that make DIXS and other internet stocks will use in the next century will use the Internet 2 that TEKC develops. TEKC's proposal was picked out of 96 other competitors. Think about that--this contract is a HIGHLY sought after plum. Just look at two other little companies that leveraged their inside positions. A good for nothing company like MSFT took advantage of their position in operating systems. And a college kid who wrote an Internet browser turned that into NSCP. What do you think the prospects are for a company that will control the destiny of Internet 2?

So far the volume is light today, but that will change when today's news hits the computer magazines next week. Would you buy MSFT for $2 in 1984? Or TEKC for $2 in 1998. Interesting question.
