Ride it up to where? The combined market cap of the two is around $18 billion, which is around 30 times the most forward earnings estimates of the two. So the market has already priced in expectations of at least 30% growth. What happens if they don't deliver? And CIEN owes Pirelli $30 million and continuing royalties. That's got to hurt the bottom line.
