Thats right,if you look at that press release the only thing left to qualify for a major exchange is the stock price.Everything else qualifys . i'm quiet sure stock price will be taken care of.Looks like the stock price is the last puzzle piece.

TO all.. just to let you know.. if you're thinking of selling today.. consider 1) rumors of "very positive" news coming early next week.. many are saying tomorrow or Friday 2) the stock continues to move up little by little each day with SMALLER and SMALLER dips down.. making it very hard to daytrade.. meaning daytraders will likely pass and trade elsewhere 3) news today is VERY encouraging as the company says it "will qualify for major stock exchange listing" 4) Rumors of Q4 1997 financials being profitable and supposedly are done and audited 5) Another acquisition soon to be announced supposedly 6) Another major acquisition will be triggered IF EDII stock price hits $1.125 (per the terms of the contract) 7) Largest oil/mineral find in 50 years in western hemisphere found 200yards from EDII's property SIGNIFICANTLY increasing the value of their property.. 8) Rumors of EDII purchasing additional land near this mineral find.. and possibly gaining some right to the minerals 9) The company may also be in talks to somehow work a royalty charge for anything extracted from these mineral/oil finds if the extraction impeeds on EDII's property. 10) TOP DOG is sending out 1,550+ emails today to inform people of our positive opinions on this stock. Not that we'll tell them to buy or sell.. but if they see what we see then chances are they'll want to pick up some EDII.. Take care and good luck to us all! jim
