Everyone knows TM controls this fine company.If and when he decides to act in the best interests of his shareholders then we could see a battle for NN.TM controls the fortunes of NN.It is kinda like someone wanting control of Ford,they would have to go thru the Ford Family and that is almost impossible.JMHO.BTW,NN will close up on the day.

Pat ,when I spoke receantly with NN, and talk about NN-3COM merger, I was left with impression that considering different culture of both copmanys is better to be partner, instead one copmany.Thay new about trends at fall, when thay became pertners.
