CharlieBoy, I think there certainly will be growth in "outsourcing, desktop services, e-commerce and internet activities " as mentioned in that article, but I don't believe that "a continuing strong economy would cushion any downturn caused by the millennium and euro deadlines passing". I therefore think that startup companies not burdened with Y2K and Euro remediation issues will lead the pack and thus change the high-tech landscape as we know it today. - Jeff
