TA:Now that you have had your fill, perhaps you might share your expectations. As per my notes , the forward earnings forecast indicate estimates of 0.16c, 0,20c for the next 2 Q's.

If we take a pro rata valuation we could be a max of 50% higher 6 mths from now. However much of that could be already discounted in todays price.

Would appreciate any forward valuations from others.

Thx.

Tunica,

You wrote: < combine NN and Siemens forece that has 6500 engineers>

That is VERY DIFFERENT than NN having 6500 engineers. And you still haven't answered why a company that spends lots in R&D but has lousy revenues is a good investment.

<Can you say NN&COM&COMPAQ&Siemens together??> By together, what do you mean ? Do you mean a partnership a la CSI; going against CSCO,LU and NT who are buying their missing links will be a challenge (IMHO).

I have sold all my CIEN holdings, so I'm looking for a place to park my cash. I'll buy NN only if I think they will be bought imminently.
You may have answered my questions (specifically Pat has), but I'm still not convinced. Given NNs price today, neither is Wall Street.

Cheers,

Peppe
