David, thanks for the stock proliferation accounting, it explains a lot. Am I to understand that there will still be about $16 MM of the Leaky debenture" left, in case TTRIF needs to go back to the well?

As for extension, patents on genetically engineered drugs are the only one that can be extended, if the holder of the patent can show that the FDA's PMA process was particularly lengthy and thus did not leave enough Life" in the patent normal 20 years life (from filing date). I am not sure if this term applies to the thermophilic process since they were no PMA steps required.

As for the lag between "allowance" of a patent and its issue date, unless there is intervention from the department of defense (it happened to me on three or so patents), under the guise that issuance of the patent will have national defense implications (one of my patents was enabling the development of submarine caterpilar drives), is typically 3 months.

David;

This minute by minute stuff from last week is really getting nerve wracking. With seconds ticking away and news out any minute, do you think I have time for a quick trip to the frig? Would hate to miss the next run. Anyone remember May of 97, oh for the good old days.

BTW, still missing a TMP in Skagit County. Occasionally drive by the area of the the proposed site, the one that was nearly permitted, financed, wastestreams in place, only to see zip. They are building one heck of a big furniture manufacturing plant near the area of our beloved TMP. Sort of a neat trick, they made the announcement and now they are building it.

Still hoping, but I fear the light at the end of the tunnel is fading.
