Just read this on the front page of IBD.

Year 2000 problem: A house panel gave the federal government an "F" grade for it's efforts to deal with the Year 2000 computer bug. The House Government Reform and Oversight Subcommittee on Technology said officials have failed to prepare the nation's most important computers. It urged President Clinton to declare fixing the glitch a national priority.
