I am not talking US citizens

except for the fact of things that can keep you from becoming a US citizen

he is trying to tell me that there arent that many limitations on legal immigrants and I am telling you that there are

and the limitations are wide and varied

if you dont believe it

just check one area within the IRS rules(and the limitations are wide and varied just within the IRS rules when it comes to non-citizens)

go try to do some estate planning when a legal immigrant is involved...

if you are a US citizen and you are married to a non-US citizen you better be aware of the differences and limitations

if you are trying to give money to a non-US citizen you better be aware of it as well

and if you dont belief what I am saying about limitations on legal immigrants or people trying to become citizens
GO LOOK AT IMMIGRATION CASE LAW

PERIOD
