What info? I have challenged you (and others) to show me an IT placement company netting better than 10 percent. Show me how that is inaccurate. Do more than just say it.

I have seen a grand total of 1 (one), and I haven't seen anyone post another one yet.

The 2% figure is the percentage that Microsoft hires from application. You are saying that although these people never want to work for Microsoft, they are eager to apply?
