Secondary on the way! WAVX just filed an S1-A with SEC. For those of you how don't know, an SEC S1 is a registration tell sell shares, either as an IPO or a seocndary offerring. 8.5 million shares are being offerred. Check it out: freeedgar.com How will this effect stock price? Could go either way. I have seen companies jump big time on the news, because the secondary adds longevity to the company (like with biotechs running out of cash). And I have seen companies get bombed (ask Wildman about THQI <g>). In any event, it will be interesting! DocStone
