I would expect f/s covering the quarters ending January 31 and April 30 sometime between June 15 and July 15. It will obviously come in the form of a 10QSB. These dates are based on a certain period from the date TPI's filings were effective at or around May 12. Our year end July 31 #'s should be out some time in Sept/Oct.

I for one do not expect the numbers to be good at all. Remember, we have a number of small contracts that will not cover our operating expenses (my guess), we are developing new versions of Century Scan 2000 (known) and have been out pounding the streets for a Vertex 2000 beta (known). The latter two requires funds that we are not currently generating through revenues. I expect some additional financing (my guess) but we need this as we get through the development stage. I also expect some large financing going forward and hope we get it (my guess). This is needed to get a NMS listing and to cover additional expenses.

All of this is my guess only. I don't believe we will see $2 soon, but do believe the real payoff is about a year away. I am quickly approaching 18 months and will probably hold for another 18.

Y2K is starting to heat up.

OT: Check out MEME. Interesting Wireless Internet Access technology that we all would like to have probably. Something may be brewing. As always do your own DD. I am long this one too.

Regards.
