Goldy/Chris, As you know, a 504 is a simple and far less costly way to become a public company. A large cash base wasn't required to introduce AENG to the US market. This seems like a perfectly acceptable way of raising a little cash and moving forward. It doesn't appear that the regulators have a problem with this, so why do you? You seem to live under the assumption that all companies going public under a 504 are doing so just to evade disclosure of something. Nothing could be further form the truth. Give this company a year and it will likely be listed on NASDAQ or one of the exchanges. AENG's been trading for 5 months...........so we can't compare AENG to GM. Not yet anyway! IMO, your claim to move the stock to $10 by the end of the week, was simply a smoke screen. Your goal is to frighten people into selling. If you were shorting, why would you want the selling competition? IMO, you're simply attempting to convince the public to hit Travis bid hard enough to move him out of the way. Then the firm you're fronting for will move in and cover their shorts, not yours. Or who knows, maybe your pals have seen the light and want to build a long position. If accurate, either way you're doing a disservice to the public. Why don't you respond to post #329. Until you clear this up, we'll simply assume the old adage is true........once a liar, always a liar....... and that includes your short claims. Best of Luck, Greg
