Larry, re:<problem of manufacturing yields>

This WAS a problem until about February of this year. Various analysts have now confirmed yields in the 50% area. The number of good K6-2 die per wafer is MORE THAN INTEL COULD YIELD IF THEY WERE 100% PERFECT. Plus, Intel, according to Paul Engel, has to use the equivalent of more than two of their seven Fabs just to make the SRAM's for the Pentium II's.
