Remember, all stocks that are listed as OTC will have to be reporting companies in the future. Also, the requirements for listing as Nasdaq National Market and Nasdaq Small Cap have changed. Companies that were at best borderline for a higher listing will be placed in OTC. However, the quality of OTC will be improved since all of them must report in the future. Personally, I can't understand why someone would sell a stock simply because it is being changed to OTC. If the price goes down for that reason, I would consider it a buying opportunity.

CB--No, I am a buyer. Bought at less than cash on hand.
Got .85 cash p/s plus inventory and everything else for free for the bargain price of 23/32-3/4.
Small cap market is ok with me. Company has not changed, just people's perception.

Just spoke with a contact about stock other than ACMM, but in that conversation ACMM was mentioned. I cannot remember what it was that ACMM might be delisted for, but it I remember it was NOT Financials or stock price. It seemed minor to the person I spoke with, even interesting..
I agree with the your other two responders. Personally, Holding or averaging down may have been wiser. Don't kick yourself though, there are many other stocks which can make that loss up as quick or quicker..
I look at such just like part of business over-head.

(MSN) Is one to consider....@ .50 cents, don't know that it cannot be bought at 7/16 but would doubt it now...
