We don't actually know who owns Zitec. What we do know suggests that the company--formal name Zitec International Ltd.--has been formed quite recently. Initially they registered their internet domain giving an address in North Palm Beach, Florida; a fee days later they re-registered, giving an address at "12 N. Generic St", in Glenmore [sic: Glenmoore], Pennsylvania. The company is run, it's said, by George Palmer, a real person who really does live in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Needless to say, we've asked for the particulars, but...

Zitec will be hosting a new website from which potential customers will be able to download the beta version of the 11th Hour Software. It is from this site that the product will be sold through a secure credit card port. Anticipated release date for the final version of the 11th Hour Software is June 1,1998. The domain address is zitec.com. This website will be operational as at May 20,1998. From this site current and potential investors will be able to access beta versions of software products under development, purchase final versions of completed product and learn more about Cashco's software divisions. Given Mr. Palmers' extensive experience, the Company is confident that he is highly qualified to evaluate the potential marketability of the Company's software products and in addition he is advising the Company with respect to products currently under consideration and will be instrumental in assisting Cashco in determining which products should be considered for acquisition in the future. So Zitec is an unaffiliated retailer/distributor, who's failed to deliver the announced web site on time.
