Sorry I don't have the link, but a major Asian firm (I think Japanese) is planning to build a 300mm fab in the US, to cost over a billion. If techs were dead and asia was too, I don't think we would see that kind of announcement. Hang in there everyone. We've hung on this far no sense letting go now.

I believe FSII is going to $7-$8 when the real down draft hits in fall. Fabs are expected to reallocate their decreasing capital spending towards areas much more strategic than front-end cleaning equipment. This will be the last equip sector to recover. IMHO, this is the quarter that FSII sees its sales melt down and losses mushroom. It's a good thing they got lots of cash.

FSII will be acquired during the ensuing chaos and industry consolidation. FFsssssss...whoops...my crystal ball just went out again. I'll be back later..<G>
