Hamilton knew that back in 1776. Not much changes. As for Constitutional rights, are people really entitled to rights they don't understand and are too ignorant to protect? I don't know the answer to that, but I don't waste a lot of time worrying about it. Governments rise and governments fall, in time, I am sure our government will eventually pass into the history books. And I don't care very much. Life goes on- sometimes pleasantly(American suburbia) sometimes unpleasantly (russian gulag).
