Personally I don't completely trust Arif or Ira at this point. A lot
of things happened and I'm getting wind of more all the time as I
continue to dig. I don't know who was to blame but I know it was a
bad thing for shareholders.

I'll say it again -- if Arif will give back half his stock and promise
to put out PRs regarding any future dilution I'll buy the stock again.
Until then me and my group will continue to watch from the sidelines.

The re-audit and release of the 1997 financials are crucial. IMO if the numbers are not extremely close or better than the .1085, as stated in the March 3, 1998, press release, there will be a class action suit. All who bought based on that PR will have grounds for a law suit. Even those of you who believe in FAMH will take part in this class action.

If the number is better than .1085 and no creative financing was used, the stock price should jump and start an ascent towards $1.00+.

P.S. Just because Ira is gone, that doesn't take FAMH off the hook for the 3/3/98 PR, besides it says both Arif and Ira are happy to announce.....
