Actually, I thought it was in CSHK's favor to point out that (1) Zitec is supposed to be unaffiliated with CSHK and (2) The web site is Zitec's direct responsibility, rather that being CSHK or 11th hour's direct responsibility.

Joe, why don't you stop blaming us for CSHK's inability to deliver on promises? Even on promises made only yesterday.

Either Rhonda's simply saying anything that comes into her head, or the site designers, whoever they may be, aren't giving her accurate information. However you choose to call it, it isn't making a very good impression.
