Use in other cancers could take years to complete clinical trials and there is a typical one year wait date from the completion of Phase III to approval. So layer that on top of the trials. Years away. Not to mention the fact that with a market that is not being served to capacity yet there is not much appetite for creating a new market that your new-comer competition could serve better than you.
