Do investors here think we have seen a bottom for 3COM? Is anyone surprised that investors are not waiting for earnings report first?

Doen't the announcement just say that COMS is eligible for the contract, not that they will necessarily get it?

I'm confused.

I just thought the equipment has just been qualified not ordered. I don't understand the big runnup on such little news. It seems to that there is a long way to go from qualification to an actual order.

Am I wrong here?
