I guess it depends on how much a person has invested. Up 40% could be a few dollars or thousands to an investor. The news seems to be perceived as positive and investors are acting accordingly. There are still unanswered questions, but we know more than we did. Like they are solvent, are going to drill more wells and are going ahead with the UPR venture. This time next year what will we be saying? Hmmm.
