Have I ever been wrong or inaccurate on any issue? Why was the info suppressed? Answer from nempela:SUF was open about the info.(would it have ever been mentioned if it had not been brought out on the thread?) So it is so simple with the Section 24 - it has NEVER been applied in SA under these circumstances. You seem to be the expert on the constitution in SA.Refer to section 25. I have absolute faith in the Minister in this regard.
