I see by S3 that Schmidt & Brown may be selling their 200,000 each shares while retaining options to purchase 10,000

Wouldn't there be more in developing a product. Soundview is relying on their patent. Could that be a mistake? Speculative as all. No guarantee here.

That's funny. They're all listed as selling shareholders with each person's amount.

How about Acacia's own value of the investments. Too hard to stomach?
