Fuchi,

What is the value to merge with NSM if Cyrix still need IBM to fabricate their own chips and other developments.

I believe that Cyrix would have gone out of business if they had not been purchased. Clearly, NSM's fab plans have changed since the merger. Concerning slot 1, I think they might be doing the right thing. Cyrix can provide the Cayenne core to a partner that handles much of the slot 1 crap. This leaves Cyrix unburdened to follow their integrated chip development plans. In my opinion, slot 1 for Cyrix is just as much of a no op as the MII is. I hope they don't waste time on it. The best thing that AMD has done it to blaze their own trail with 3DNow. I hope Cyrix doesn't lose focus and chase Intel's slot 1 hind end.

Pravin.

Fuchi, Intel broke through its 52-week low today. If you still own Intel Puts, perhaps you will have your Lexus dealership after all :-)
