The best thing I ever did was to get another online account with a large reputable co. and that way you can use aol as a back up instead of having to rely on it day to day..also you can achieve greater speed...Best of luck Stew

Check with your local cable co if you have one. Cable modems run in Mips, not Kips. You're only as slow as who you're trying to reach.
