The Federal Bureau of Prisons has confirmed that Charles Huttoe was released, from the Federal Correction Facility at Eglin AFB in Florida. They provided me an address in Miami Which can provide me with addiotional information and I will contact them to try and learn his address and any conditions attached to his very early release.
