I believe the formula is 'whatever the market will bear' in this case a price of $1.20 or $1.25. Sad but true. Right now you could put a sizeable order in and have a good chance of having it filled at $1.20 so thats probably what they'll have to price it at to sell large chunks. Once the shares are placed we should see the market take a better view of YRI. After all if a bunch of pretty smart (I hope) investors feel it's a good deal at $1.20 then this figure becomes sort of a downside risk of investing. Personally I'd look for a move back up to the $1.40 to $1.50 range, perhaps more if those final hole results are great. Do I think it's worth $2+? yes, would I pay $2+?,not in this market when other great exploration companies (I own a piece of some) are also in the toilet although news is good. Now $1.20 to $1.25 you've got my interest and order.
