Very interesting. I presume that "customer data collection" means
that WAVX will have demographics on buyers of content and will sell
that information back to vendors? I haven't heard the company talk
about any of this before. I agree that they need to tread lightly,
although on the other hand, unless the customer data is intrusively
specific and personal, I doubt that this issue will keep people from
using the system once it's on their computer. Same as with credit
cards, the enticement to use them is way more powerful than the
perceived invasion of privacy.

Regarding the S-1A, on a quick look through it, it looks to me like
the only thing that's changed is the number of shares registered. I
couldn't see any content in it that was different from the original
filing. The share numbers I see having changed are as follows:

S-1A S-1
Overall shares registered 8,540,596 8,724,257
Max. shares on conversion of Series G stock 6,097,725 6,966,386
Shares issuable on Series G warrants 150,000 225,000
"Other" Class A shares issuable 2,292,871 1,532,871

Looks like fewer Series G shares will be issued, but the company is
increasing by 7 hundred thousand or so the numnber of shares they can
use for compensation and other transactions. Am I reading this right?
If so, this looks pretty much like a non-event. Anyone else see
anything else of note in the filing? Any thoughts on why these
numbers have changed and whether or not the change is of any
significance?
