what tech rally??? dead cat bounce you mean. nasdaq now offically trading below the 100 day moving avg.......a 10+ percent correction...heading for another ten on the way to the 200 day moving average. Any TA out there with experience? please comment. Joel

RBOCs and Long Distance carriers would also love the consulting/services side to setting up Lans/Wans ... for mid-to-small size busineses.
