Wendy, do not give up on Xinex yet. I have had a similar experience with a biotechnology company called Paracelsian. They have good products but had poor management. They are yet to make money but their stock took a nose dive and close to being delisted from NASDAQ but fortunately found new invetors. Of course the criteria for new investment was that the old management & board be replaced. This was necessary to instill confidence in the investment community. The company is on its way to recovery. I believe Xinex has a good product but as you all are aware very poor management.
I have no information Xencet.
