See your back here. Took a buy-out offer to reach my 30+ target. Oh whatever, I took my money off the table at 35-1/2. Looks like a nice one for traders while the speculations are flying. I too believe that TLXN bosses will cave in if SBL adds a few more dollars to the offer. Will be very interesting. I think if SBL raised it some more and took it to shareholders, they may be able to get it done in 48-50 range.

Hope you are right, but I get sick and tired of Companies not working in the shareholders best interests by accepting good offers -- $42 is a good offer IMO. Same thing happened to me on Mellon; offer was $90, the stock is now $66. How is this in my best interest? I believe that Company Management is more interested in preserving their own jobs at our expense. Hope I'm wrong.
