Hi, i'm new to ownership, just picked up some shares last week to wet my feet. I'm really a little concerned about the issues being discussed.
Let me add some information from my experience. When a company registers private shares in an S3, all shares being registered are listed as being available for sale. That is just how the document is completed. It has absolutely no bearing on whether anyone is actually going to sell shares. Remember when private shares are issued, they can not be sold (expect in rare events) until they get registered.
And the language used about the shares being issued pursuant to a private placement, usually means that that person was one of the buying members of the private group.

I know you guys don't like that tz character, but I have to tell you he has answered the factual questions asked of him. Personally I wish
someone would respond to his questions because what I have found in these little companies is that management credibility is always at issue until they prove themselves. By refusing to answer raises more questions than the answers would, unless there is a real problem.

Is there anyone out there that can answer so we can shut his big mouth?

Elliot
