Bonnie, fund managers have spendable cash? 4.2% at last tally. Not much to work with, especially if a few more redemptions come in. What could people do with their money besides invest it in stocks? How 'bout buying a house? Did you see new home sales? Or, perhaps a new car? Did you see auto sales? Of, course there's always good ol' greenbacks. With no inflation, no harm in holding a little cash while we see whether Mr. Market is telling us something about the economy. Better yet, pay down consumer debts and buy some bonds and utilities with what's left. Regards, Bob
