I spoke with the public relations/investors services firm for TSIG yesterday. They advised me of some very promising news in the next week or two. The first is that the company is finalizing negotiations with two companies that are search engines which will bring a combined population of twenty million potential customers to the upcoming web site. This will put the company on an equal playing field with competitors whose stocks are at significantly higher price levels than TSIG. Regarding the web site, he informed me that it is to be opened on June 15 or shortly thereafter. I would, however, allow an extra week to be on the safe side. He also said that they have brought on a new female executive who supposedly is a leader in the industry. This should be released soon as well. TSIG is also in the process of a 2 Million dollar enhancement of the call center. Lastly, in reference to an earlier post regarding the considered rollout, I was advised that a new company, presently referred to as New Co. (A generic name) has been established and executives are currently working on developing said company. This New Co. will maintain a 15% interest in TSIG which will be very beneficial to TSIG. My understanding is admittedly limited on this new development, and I mention it only to allow fellow investors to perform their own due diligence. I hope this information is helpful.
