Oh this is good...make sure Cleve goes by the bank and asks to "Show him the Money", just lay it down on the desk, all $1.5M! By reviewing the records, might there be a chance of stopping or even slowing down the Reg S conversions that are scheduled to begin next Mon?

Hi KA, I was wondering if you could fill me in on what's happening with the lawsuit? Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to pay the legal fees and couldn't be part of it. I am concerned that any damages CVIA must pay will only further hurt the positions of those who couldn't join the lawsuit. What are your thoughts on this?? Thanks, Mike.
