just went bullish -i like klac and ter in the twenties-veco-lscc. this whole group is for sale and for one its oversold-sox is down 25% from april-all the sheep funds are bailing heavy. i would initiate a position and average cost down . the july quarter from my sources will be the low in eps and revenue and the fall will have lot stronger numbers. the market luckily for me is discounting any pre announcement or bad news in the group. once, the street realizes that this is the bottom these stocks will fly. also, i hear you could see some nice consolidation in the group before august.

AMAT and NVLS are just slow in arriving. I'll take either of them at 25 or 26. As I said, I think trying to micro-time the cycle is a mistake. Looking at two to three years for holding this, getting a couple of more points or a couple of months just isn't worth it to me.

I'd tell anyone to buy a little KLAC, for instance, right now. If you want to hedge, short some IPEC and wait for it to go bankrupt due to cash flow/debt problems. (Just make sure to cover the short before someone buys them out.)
