I noted that fact on prac on my dd search. Lightning on going here so have to get off the computer. I had arlwf on watch but still holding to netting. I'll consider a net at 3/32.

Richard-I will take a look at arlwf(thanks). I had mentioned pracw
a little while back-good to see others do some dd. It gives you
a better perspective. The only thing that bothered me was debt/equity. I've been doing some research(my favorite) came across
MGAMW-Does anyone follow?

Also Ann Taylor Stores-Do they have a warrant listed under annyw??
not sure? I wonder what the terms are if they exist.

John

Regarding arlcf-One of those israeli companies? I checked on sec,
and edgar-came up blank. Did read that Nortel has a 20% stake in
company-also read recent news regarding equity positions etc. I
read about the technology and I was impressed-the stock had a nice
pop from $2.50 to $3.50, and has held up well in the last 2 months.
The company extended the warrants to 12/31/98, but I didn't read
anything regarding the terms. Time to check noddings.
