Bernie: If Intel gets to 45, we probably should sell N and buy INTC.

Before I became a big time investor, in my own mind of course, I remember reading the paper and hearing on the news what great buys were available in the US stock market. Companies that paid dividends and were greatly under valued based on earnings. How US companies were a bargain investment, greatly underpriced, an investor's dream for the long term. Well, here we are, perhaps a complete reversal.

The one thing in common with years ago, stocks still an investor's dream, yep, only they're an investor's bad dream, as opposed to an investor's good dream.

Heck, this is so bad that I don't even watch the Playboy channel any more.<VBG> If anyone should ask, "well Al,what did you do with your bunny last night Al?" Al answers, "Told her to put her clothes on so we could talk about the market."<VVVBG>

Hell, I have been going to lunch with my secretary for 13 years, have a drink together once in while. She informed me today that she is going to have her husband call me first thing in the morning, so that we can talk. At first I was worried, then she said, "I am tired of hearing about the market during coffee at home, then again when I come to work. When is this going to end, it's ruining my sex life."

I ask the same question.
