KA, let me add my congratulations to you for a job well done! I sent my $200 in on Monday, after E-Mailing Cleve on Sunday to confirm my participation. However, I never received the E-mail report you are all discussing. Was it sent to all participants in the litigation? Like you, I won't believe it's over until the check is cashed - AND it doesn't bounce! The CVIA saga would make an excellent story for the WSJ or similar publication on the coming merits of the internet as a tool for grouping together quickly large numbers of small shareholders to challenge attempts by company management to divert shareholder equity into their own pockets. Until now, only major shareholders could mount such counterattacks in a timely fashion. Kudos to you for showing us the way. Marv Peterson (Still holding at 666 shares, post-split) P.S. SI thread**** Ok this just came in the email... I thought I would share it with you all, but before you read this I am going to publicly state... yes I did send this information to Jack as an alternative to WOTD. But I have no desire to get it into CVIA, this is going to be a division of my company not having anything to do with CVIA. When I sent Jack this information it was meant to open his eyes to options... Under these circumstances, I thought I had better make this public, so you all know the whole story, but any how you know what the new division of my company will be doing, not CVIA though. I am surprised he left out the part about the rail cars <g> Read it and judge for yourself, Novice Bob knows the story, and can verify what I am saying.
