Sergio - Have any info of the terms of the aquisition? This is an important step for this company's growth. Especially since Boeing and Airbus are in direct competition; lots of honeycomb & special composite material needed. How the aquisition is paid for is also very important. Thoughts, data or opinion?

Pilot, ATPX is not in competition with Boeing or Airbus. Boeing
subcontracts ATPX for contracts. I'm not sure about Airbus.

As far as the purchase price for the French firm, I believe that I posted that I do not know the price or terms. That is one of the questions that I have for Harvey.
