Paz, Only news I can find was in Tuesday WSJ page A3.... " Regulators Could Alter Conrail Deal " .... D'Amato and Moynihan are leaning on the Surface Transportation Board to keep the CSX from monopolizing rail traffic east of the Hudson River. They contend the lack of railroad competition adds $ 5.00 a ton to freight costs and helps make New York City one of the nations costliest cities to live in. ~~~ hanging out in the Tall Grass with Bingo ~~~'

Mr. Paisley, I have to say that the lawsuit will not have a impact. Your not understanding the wisdon of investing here!!!...The law suit is secondary...ALL the people on this thread have to understand the wisdom of why we invest..We invest to make money...We invest for the future of our well being....Paisley has some good ideas, however..believe me that the lawsuit againist conrail..has no merit...You are going to make your money on other issues that will surface in the future... I like you people..and I will sometimes share with you information you will never get. You know penny stock players are a rare bread...the get rish over night people....HAhahahah!!!...This is my last note for a while fay and I are going down to our lake home... good luck JG
